Returns AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Return, refund or exchange will be accepted only for defective or damaged products.
Our policy is 30days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be accepted more than 30days from the date of purchase.
You must show that the product(s) purchased was received by you in a defective or damaged condition and must be in its original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase or receipt.
You must not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns and refund must be sent to Zibbi Banon. A postal address will be confirmed with you. You are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the product(s) to us.
Only items that are defective or damaged will be refunded or exchanged once we have received and inspected the product(s). We will notify you by email if your refund or exchange is approved. If your refund is approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days and will exclude the original shipping charges. You will need to pay additional shipping charges for any exchange.
