How it works

Micro-Pore Technology

The Future of Halal Cosmetics

Tuesday in Love Halal Nail Polish is water permeable and made with a unique color polymer compound that allows water molecules to penetrate through its micro-pores. Regular and breathable nail polish create a solid barrier to water because the nail polish molecules are held tightly together with covalent bonds. Tuesday in Love's halal nail polish is actually altered at the molecular level. This means that each molecule of nail polish has a special channel made with Tuesday in Love's patented TIL Permeability Complex that allow water molecules to pass freely through it to the nail bed surface.

THE WATER PERMEABILITY TEST

How To Perform The Water Permeability Test

Step 1

Shake bottle well and place 1-2 coats of nail polish on a small area of paper towel. Allow to completely dry. A second piece of dry paper towel can be placed underneath to help confirm the results.

Step 2

Using an eye dropper, place 1 to 2 drops of water in the centre of the dried nail polish. Observe for 5 to 10 seconds. No need to rub or apply pressure on the water!

Step 3

Confirm the results by checking the bottom of the paper towel. It should be wet or damp. The second piece of paper towel underneath may also be wet.
